Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that all products that possibly can be returned safely will be returnable. But it is important to note that not all products are returnable. Our 100% Money Back Guarantee does not apply to products that are not returnable.
Why Are Some Products Non-Returnable?
Due to the unique nature of the health care business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, certain items cannot be returned. The Federal Drug and Food Administration has rules concerning the reprocessing of medical devices, a complex issue that the FDA has grappled with for many years.

How Do I Determine if a Product is Returnable?
If your return is the result of our merchant's error, and your return meets the requirements in paragraph 2 below, the merchant will cover the shipping charges for your returned product and refund the full amount of your purchase. In ALL other cases, the following rules apply:

Impotence and other sexual related products

Personal care items

Wound care productsProducts designated as "Special Order" are NOT returnable. A few other products may also be non-returnable; if so, that will be noted on the description page for each such product.
2. To be returnable:
- The product must be in new re-saleable condition, that is, unused, clean and not damaged.
- The original packaging and materials must be intact; that is, safety seals or sealed retail packaging must NOT have been opened.
- The product must include all original packaging and accessories.
- Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner.
- Merchants will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition. A product whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.
If requirements 1 and 2 have been met, the product may be returned to the merchant from whom the product was purchased if the product is mailed or shipped within the return period specified by the merchant. Do NOT return any product to Solutions for Seniors.
How Do I Return a Product?
Each of our merchant vendors has slightly different rules. In all cases, however, you must call the merchant before you return a product. For their specific return rules, visit the website of the merchant from whom you purchased the product. In most cases, it will be one of the following:

Each return must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from the selling merchant. If you return a product without first contacting the merchant, you will not receive a refund, and the product might even be lost in transit. Even if a merchant's representative has previously approved the return of a product, they reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the received merchandise. You will NOT receive any refund if you return the product to Solutions for Seniors.
What Does Your 100% Money Back Guarantee Mean?
Each merchant usually charges a restocking fee for a returned product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers must pay all return shipping costs. The merchant will refund only your original purchase price and sales tax, if any.
Our 100% Money Back Guarantee means that if a returned product is accepted by a merchant and you purchased that product through Solutions for Seniors, we will refund your restocking fee, your original shipping and handling charges, and your return shipping costs. In other words, we will make up the difference between what you paid and the amount of your refund from the merchant IF the returned product is accepted by the merchant.
How Do I Claim My 100% Money Back Guarantee?
After you receive your refund from the merchant, send us:
- A photocopy of your original purchase receipt;
- A photocopy of the refund check;
- A photocopy of your receipt from the Post Office, UPS, or FedEx, whichever one you used to return your purchase; and
- Your name, mailing address, city, state, Zip Code and either your phone number or email address in case we need to contact you to expedite your refund.
